St. Andrews Laurinburg GuideStar Gold Seal for Transparency

Did you know that St. Andrews earned the 2021 GuideStar Gold Seal of Transparency? With more than 75,000 participants, the GuideStar seal is the most widely accepted symbol of non-profit transparency in the U.S. Only 5% of non-profit organizations nationwide have earned a GuideStar Seal, and only the top 35% of those have earned a seal above the silver level. The gold seal represents continued commitment to transparency, as an organization must earn bronze before it can earn silver, and it must earn silver before it can earn gold.

Founded in 1996, GuideStar USA’s mission is to revolutionize philanthropy and nonprofit practice by advancing transparency, enabling donors to make better decisions, and encouraging charitable giving. The GuideStar Gold Seal of Transparency certifies that St. Andrews has made public the information about financials, leadership, donation information, and more.
